Join us at the North Park Boat House for the 9th Annual Western Pennsylvania Hemophilia Walk! We walk to support all those who are affected by bleeding disorders - hemophilia, von Willebrand disease and other rare clotting factors.
We need your support. Funds raised through this event help us:
* promote patient advocacy and blood safety for everyone
* support families in need
* provide educational programming at a local level throughout the year
* provide a support network to all our community members
* raise awareness about bleeding disorders
If your team raises an average of $25 or more per team member you are able to design your own team t-shirts at no cost to you! Team T-shirt Order Forms must be submitted along with the t-shirt artwork by August 4th. Click here to download the Team T-Shirt Order Form. All of the t-shirts will be on display at the Walk and participants will be able to vote by putting money in the donation jar in front of the t-shirt they like the best. The winner of the Team T-shirt design contest will receive an award certificate and a prize.
Invite your family, friends, and co-workers to join your team or encourage them to create their own team and help us meet our goal! If you are unable to join us on September 9th, you can still donate or be a sponsor. This community event will include raffles, gift baskets, free treats, water and entertainment for all ages. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in this fun filled day in beautiful North Park.
WPCNHF will also hold the 7th Annual Run For Their Lives 5K and the 3rd Semi-Annual Cornhole Tournament the same day!
Run Registration begins at 7:30 with start time at 8:30am. To register for the run please register online through Pro Bike + Run.
