Join the Nevada Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF Nevada) as we join in the National Hemophilia Walk. All proceeds from the walk will benefit those suffering from bleeding disorders in the Nevada community.
This year’s 1 mile walk and 5K will be at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs. The 680 acre Floyd Lamb Park is a welcome oasis in the desert of northwest Las Vegas. With its wildlife, lush vegetation, lakes and views of the Sheep and Spring Mountain Ranges, Floyd Lamb is a natural park unique to the typical Las Vegas urban experience. Can’t walk with us? Much more than just a fundraising event, the Nevada Hemophilia Walk brings together individuals affected by bleeding disorders, their families, friends, supporters and a diverse range of others from Southern Nevada who want to enjoy an amazing day while helping a cause. It attracts people of every age and background from parents with infants in tow to grandparents and everything in between – including more than a few four-legged friends.
There is free admission and parking for all attendees and easy access from Interstate 95 at this wonderful location.
To receive a 2017 Hemophilia Walk t-shirt, the minimum fundraising amount is $25. Those who are under the age of 16 will receive a walk t-shirt regardless of fundraising amounts as long as they are with an adult that has raised a minimum of $25. To guarantee a walk t-shirt in your size, please register yourself and team members by September 1st.
