In 2017 Clark was diagnosed with Hemophilia B- a rare genetic disorder preventing his blood from clotting.  With help from an amazing team of doctors and nurses we have learned to treat his condition, so he can run and play safely.  Our family has found a wonderful community through Pacific NW Bleeding Disorders, and appreciate the support and education this group provides.  Every week Clark gets an infusion of his medicine into his vein to keep his blood working.

We continue to participate in advocacy, speaking up about the need for quality affordable health care for all.
